Spirit filled training today for 21 First Place 4 Health Leaders in Western Pennsylvania.

Our small group exercise was focused on Galatians 5:16
So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature.

The theme for First Place Leaders meeting in Pittsburgh was 1 Corinthians 9:24.

We brainstormed how we should live out our lives as we Run the Race as if to Win the Prize.
